So my lunch is packed so I thought I would start the thread!
Breakfast: plain oatmeal, decaf w/light cream
Snack: sf/ff yogurt
Lunch: egg salad, cut up veggies (grape tomatoes, baby carrots, cucumber slices, celery sticks) w/onion dip
apple crumble stuff (had a pile of apples that were looking "sad" so peeled and sliced them and microwaved them w/a bit of water, 2 packets of splenda and cinammon, then made crumble topping w/some butter, rolled oats and brown sugar twin - put on top and microwaved some more - very yummy!)
Snack: fruit or lf cottage cheese w/jam
Dinner: salmon filet in herb marinade, brown rice, brocolli
Snack:?? glass of milk if required or smoothie
