Default Fresh Start Friday Menu, July 29, 2005

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and a banana cooked in

Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with FF feta cheese (Yum....I can't wait)

Snack: Chocolate cherry smoothie

Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, and FF honey dijon; baked potato with FF sour cream; corn on the cob with smart balance (points), and cola chicken

Snack: FF/SF pudding

Snack - popcorn
Supper - Steak, grilled potatoes, asparagus, sauteed peppers, onions & mushrooms
Dessert - White chocolate pudding w/strawberries

B: kashi puffed cereal w/skim milk and rf apple cinnamon bar (2 pts)
L: I'll have to eat out today, unfortunately.
Subway 6 in. turkey sub on wheat w/baked ruffles (10 pts?)
D: I have no idea, as I will be baby-sitting

B: Well, I opened the fridge to get some milk and saw that one of the DDs had some chicken quesadillas leftover from dinner last night, and I ate a little wedge. I'm counting that as breakfast and not having anything else.

L: baked potato with FF sour cream and FF cheese; pears

D: grilled chicken breast, salad with Kraft Free 1000 Island, milk

i love the title of this topic. it's perfect!

b--2 slices canadian bacon, 1 slice ff cheddar, 1 slice ff swiss, 2 slices bread (1 pt)----in other words a grilled cheese/bacon sandwich. (it was yummy! i needed a change of pace and this was it this am.)
l-- 2 small pork chops, corn on the cob, lo tenata
s--vanilla cream pudding made with ff milk, splenda, and ff sour cream and some canned pineapple chunks
d--lo pork chops, grilled eggplant, ff ranch
s--4 popsicles (60 calories total)
