I weighed in last night, maintained. I kind of thought I would have lost, but had to drink that glucose (straight sugar) and didn't get to eat until late, then had to weight. Oh well, maybe next week. I am going off a bit today, I figure on your birthday it's ok!

Breakfast - macaroni salad (lots of points)
Lunch - grilled pork chops, macaroni salad, roasted veggies and Chocolate trifle
Supper - Steak, grilled potatoes, sauteed onions, peppers & mushrooms, asparagus

Happy Birthday Rita! May you have many more!

Today would have been my Daddy's 85th birthday.

I don't think the cereal is entirely core - it says 2 points on the box.
