You better drink alot of water, Sandra. Too many bananas can be um....um.....constipating! I can only eat one a day but I have a very slow system. I know, TMI!

B: Uncle Sam cereal w/ ff milk
L: 1 serving of chicken cacciatore (recipe found on this board - it is even better cold after it has been refrigerated, yum)
D: large salad: avocado, red lettuce, mushrooms (raw), scallion, tomato, soy cheese
Snacks: have been snacking all day, think went through about half a pound of cherries, several apricots, an orange, coffee (brewed coffee plus lots of skim milk, no sugar), very small piece of core meatloaf, I suspect there's more to come

x: unenthusiastic half hour of cross-trainer, hour walk
