b: puffed wheat, strawberries, milk
l: three-bean salad, watermelon, milk
s: apple, small helping of ripple chips
d: Olive Garden - I was good! I had a small helping of salad, diet Coke, and the pork tenderloin and roasted peppers/onions. No lemon cream cake, although I really, really wanted it.
Lunch: beef teriyaki stir fry over brown rice
1 HUGE red delicious apple
Snack: wine & cheese party??? Will bring my own diet drink or something??
Dinner: have some turkey scallopini in the fridge - will sautee w/onion, garlic, mushrooms, lemon juice - maybe w/veggies and couscous?
SNACK: taping mouth shut to avoid any more eating or problems prior to tomorrow's weigh-in!!!
X: Planning 30-40 mins on treadmill this evening

LATE AFTERNOON AMENDMENT AS I PIGGED OUT AT THE WINE AND CHEESE PARTY: 2 large strawberries, about 1 oz havarti cheese, about 20 wheat thins, 2-3 oz salmon mousse, 3 slices of baguette w/pate..and maybe more! BAD BAD FROUFIE!!!!
b--shredded wheat, 1/2 banana, splenda, ff milk
l--roasted sirloin steak, black-eyed peas, potato/zucchini cake, polenta cake
s--dreamsicle smoothie
d--ham and cheese sandwich made with ff mayo and ff cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions and maybe some fruit.
s--ranier cherries! i'm in heaven now!!!!
