Breakfast: either Maltomeal or instant grits (will decide in the morning), banana, milk
Lunch: roasted chicken with BBQ sauce, small corn on the cob, salad with Kraft Free 1000 Island dressing Dinner: beef tips, broccoli and milk Snacks if needed: WW carrot cake, applesauce cup, cantaloupe |
Can't find that darned WW carrot cake here anywhere!
Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce Lunch: LO polenta pie Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches Dinner: Core Chicken fried rice, salad Snack: SF/FF pudding |

Breakfast: sf/ff mango vanilla yogurt cup, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: beef teriyaki stir fry over brown rice 1 HUGE red delicious apple Snack: wine & cheese party??? Will bring my own diet drink or something?? Dinner: have some turkey scallopini in the fridge - will sautee w/onion, garlic, mushrooms, lemon juice - maybe w/veggies and couscous? SNACK: taping mouth shut to avoid any more eating or problems prior to tomorrow's weigh-in!!! X: Planning 30-40 mins on treadmill this evening Frouf:) LATE AFTERNOON AMENDMENT AS I PIGGED OUT AT THE WINE AND CHEESE PARTY: 2 large strawberries, about 1 oz havarti cheese, about 20 wheat thins, 2-3 oz salmon mousse, 3 slices of baguette w/pate..and maybe more! BAD BAD FROUFIE!!!! :mad: :( |

Please share the dreamsicle smoothie recipe. I LOVE dreamsicles!
