Since I'm officially maintaining now, I'm working in a few condiments that were previously forbidden to me. And last night I had regular pasta (kluski noodles) for the first time in since November. But I'm proud of myself - I didn't over do it. Just had one bowl, and no desire for more. Maybe maintenence CAN work!
I'm coveting your full fat salad dressing. Excuse me while I wipe the drool off of my chin! Just kidding. I'm very happy for you.
Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup of homemade applsauce cooked in
Lunch: Don't know
Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie (one packet Swiss Miss Diet Hot Chocolate mix, one medium banana, 1 cup skim milk, 2 ice cubes) made in the blender
Dinner: Don't know. Going to a restaurant that I haven't been on since Core. I used to eat horrible here. I'm sure they have a salad and some type of broiled chicken.
Vickie, when you and I are on maintenance (around 2007 for me I think ), we'll go get a big salad with full fat dressing.

D: Going to a dinner party - the host tells me there will be turkey and stuffed shells, so I'm planning to eat the turkey. I'm bringing a core marinated mushroom and artichoke salad - and hoping someone will bring a veggie or fruit tray. Probably will use a few points for drinks.
Oooh, that reminds me! I'm going to make some polenta cakes this week if it kills me. I have some black beans in the fridge and that would go well with them! I keep forgetting!
Day off - not eating as I should and I don't even want to go get weighed tomorrow cuz they'll just take away my 25 lb magnet and banish me from the room!
Lunch: 1 can vegetable beef and barley soup

Snack: more crystal lite
Snack (while out shopping - got very hungry!): tabouley/couscous salad (w/chickpeas, peppers, corn, shallots)
decaf w/cream and 2 pt special k bar (it was all I could do to avoid the donuts, cookies, chocolate danish at the coffee shop!)
dinner: marinated herring, grape tomatoes
4 chicken wings and about 10 fries (ya I know!), 1/2 hamburger
LOTS OF WATER !
I think I have blown it for the week and I am pretty depressed!
Frouf, forget about it and get back on program tomorrow morning. Drink a ton of water and maybe go for a walk. They will NOT take away your magnet. We won't let them! What is with you and Friday's girlfriend?
