I WILL EAT WHAT IS RIGHT FOR ME..... NOT WHAT I WANT RIGHT NOW!!!!
As anyone can see from my signature I have certainly been on a roll and not in a good way! I'm in the middle of TOM, however, not an excuse. It doesn't make me eat like a rabid ape! I'm hoping by putting my lapse in judgement "out there", I will get some sense about myself this week. The weather is finally getting decent in MI, so I will try and walk this week, eat like I know how to do and in a way that I know works for me. I will also make it habitual to check the forum for inspiration and ideas, thanks to all of you. I find that I do pay closer attention to what I am doing if I pay attention to what all of you are doing. Good luck to everyone this week, and I've now had my son hide his basket in his room where I can't see it. Hopefully, out of site, out of my mind!

I SOOOOO know what you mean!!! I made dinner tonight, then called both DDs on their cell phones (both were in various work schedules), got their Sonic order, went to Sonic ... got myself some onion rings (whhhhhhut?) ... brought it home. One DD only ate half, but of course I had to say "save the other half in a bag". Um, yeah, who do you think will be eating it?

Spring fever has hit me, and I just want to indulge and treat myself to one of everything.
