Here goes:
Breakfast: 1/2 lf cottage w/strawberries, decaf w/light cream
lunch (was supposed to go home this pm, but staying here instead and DID NOT BRING A LUNCH!): greek salad from downstairs food court (dressing on the side), and one of those instant soup cups - lf, high fibre minestrone soup which is part of my emergency desk food supply!
Snack: ff/sf yogurt, tangerine
Dinner: hamburgers, veggies
Snack: brown rice pudding!
