Marvelous March Monday Menu, 3-14-05

  • What a super great day it's going to be! I'm excited to be alive and well today!

    B: maltomeal with splenda, banana
    S: pumpkin pie-lets
    L: the rest of yesterday's tuna and some carrot sticks
    D: broiled tilapia, broccoli, and stuffed mushrooms
  • Wow, what great menus from both of you!

    Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade chunky appleasauce

    Lunch: Farina

    Snack: Chocolate Banana smoothie

    Dinner: Mixed greens salad, Roast Chicken done in the Showtime Rotisserie (what a QVC girl I am!), Core mashed potatoes, corn

    Dessert: Carmel Apple Delight

    L - baked potato w/ little cheese (4pts)

    S - 123 pumpkin pudding (2pts)

    Looks like I need to add some more food.

    Here goes:

    Breakfast: 1/2 lf cottage w/strawberries, decaf w/light cream

    lunch (was supposed to go home this pm, but staying here instead and DID NOT BRING A LUNCH!): greek salad from downstairs food court (dressing on the side), and one of those instant soup cups - lf, high fibre minestrone soup which is part of my emergency desk food supply!

    Snack: ff/sf yogurt, tangerine

    Dinner: hamburgers, veggies

    Snack: brown rice pudding!

  • Oh Frouf!! It's a happy, happy day here for me! The sun is shining, and even though I'll be working 10 hours today I can't wait to go home, cook my dinner, finish up the laundry and settle down in front of the TV! I need some rest but for some reason I'm in a very upbeat mood today! (Running on fumes, maybe ... ???)
