d: party food -- carrots and dill dip?? and who knows what else
I'm trying to gear up for Saturday, which is the start of my diet challenge that I'm doing with my coworker. Will let you know how it goes ... what have I got to lose??
Lunch: Leftover spaghetti sauce (yes instead of the soup I meant to grab from the freezer)
Fresh strawberries
Dinner: probably the halibut I defrosted yesterday but did not eat? Maybe baked w/a dill sauce? potatoes, carrots (fridge is pretty empty - must get groceries tomorrow before the natives revolt!).
Snack: would love to go to a movie tonight - afraid to eat popcorn tho with WI looming tomorrow morning!!!
LOL! I'm sorta embarrassed to say!! But oh what the heck ... it's for a good cause. My friend wanted to do this because she's totally desperate. She can be good all she wants, but the scale (and her size) doesn't change after years of yo-yo dieting. She has gone to diet doctors and has taken all the Meridia, Adipex, Phen Fen, etc. so her body is really screwed up.
We're doing the Weight Loss for Idiots thing. I guess we'll see, huh? I'm hoping she can stick with it, so we're doing the same thing so that we can share food and encourage each other. If I lose just a few, I'll be happy but she's hoping to lose a lot.
b--1 packet regular oatmeal/sliced strawberries/ff milk/splenda

kathy, what's the weightloss for idiots diet? i've never heard of it. i'll go ask jeeves to see if he knows, but let me know what it is if you have a chance, please.
I tried to put the link but something wouldn't work.
it's *****************.com
Made a lot of sense to me (for a short-term thing) because it talks about your body getting used to the number of calories you give it, and adjusting itself to burn just that amount.
