Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in

Lunch: Polenta pie

Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie

Dinner: Mixed field greens salad, Core Chicken Fried Rice

Dessert: Core Peach Custard
