I thought Vonzell did better this week than any other performance so far! She is just the cutest thing too -- and I loved her little bio clip they did where it showed her in the mail truck singing.

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for Bo and Jessica.

Sorry to butt in, but have been reading your posts. Vonzell is from my town and the whole city is Vonzell crazy! There are billboards and parties. We are all so proud of her. A teacher where I work knows her and says she is the sweetest and sincerest person she knows. One of the stores in our mall gave her 3 of the outfits that she has worn on the show. We are all so proud of her!!

My DD was pretty upset about Jessica leaving too, Kathy. I don't watch but generally listen in, while doing my computer stuff ... out of those bottom 3 (which, in my opinion, Nadia and Jessica did a much better job than several others who weren't in the bottom 3), Anwar should have been booted because he was, by far, so much worse than the girls were on Tuesday night. Oh well ... at least Anthony made it through, for Vickie's sake! And Bo will be a contender for you right up until the end! :)

Wow, Shelley!!! That's awesome! Celena Rae is from here and she's the biggest thing -- so I can just imagine how crazy it is there since Vonzell is still in! I thought Tuesday night she did that Whitney song better than Whitney! And it's nice to hear that she's a nice girl!

Anthony should be thanking his lucky stars and my dialing finger! I liked Jessica alot and I didn't think she should have been axed. I think Steve, Nikko, and Anthony should have been in the bottom three and Steve should have been axed.

Vonzell was amazing. I didn't think she had it in her, but I really enjoyed her performance on Tuesday. When she started singing on Tuesday, I looked at my husband and said "Oh, No a Whitney song, she's toast!" and then she was amazing. I, too, am glad to hear she's nice. Part of my problem with Steve is that horrible scowl and nasty loner persona he shows. I remember him from the beginning in the group project when he acted like he didn't want to play well with others!

I see this is an old thread, but I just had to post that I think Nikko got robbed tonight! I thought he was much better than Scott. Anyone else?

I don't care for Nikko much but I do agree that he was better than Scott.

I think the bottom third should have been still Steve and Nikko but also Anthony...Sorry if I offend anyone but he was terrible. I would like to see Bo and Nadia go to the final two.

Anthony is my favorite but he hasn't been picking good songs for the last two weeks.

My guy Bo has been pretty stanky the last two weeks too, as much as it pains me to say that. Constantine is pulling ahead of him on my personal list. Vonzell was great and she shouldn't have been in the bottom three IMO, so I hope her fans get scared into action next week and VOTE!!!

I was very disappointed that Scott was still there after last night; he needs to go! And more especially after that story broke last week; I realize everyone has issues in their past but his attitude and demeanor just make me sick.

I'm with you on Scott and Vonzell, Kathy. I even agree that Constantine is really gonna keep giving Bo a run for his money.

The radio station here in Ft Myers said that maybe it was a wake up call for our city to get on the phone and vote more for Vonzelle. I was so scared when she ended up in the bottom 3. I agree, though. Nikko is so better than Scott.

Shelley, I think that's exactly what happened last year with LaToya London. She was soooo much better than Fantasia (blech) ... okay that's only my personal opinion :lol: ... but I think everyone assumed that since LaToya was so good, she would get lots of votes.

I heard a rumor that if it turns out Scott has violated Idol rules with that arrest (although he was up front with them about it from the beginning) that they might boot him and bring back Jessica. ?????

I agree that Scott is at the bottom of the list. I really like Carrie and Anwar. But I'm not sure Anwar will appeal to the 13 year olds who are voting. :^:
