I have had my five bottles of water so far ... which is 10 8 oz. glasses. I haven't done this well on water since last year when I had my big loss. The only drawback is that I have to get up to refill the bottle and/or pee every 30-45 minutes, about the time that Zuki gets comfy in my lap. He isn't too happy that I'm up and down so much.

I finally had to search the McDonald's site because I didn't see both sizes of parfaits listed. The small one (5 oz.) without granola is 130 cal, 2 fat, 0 fiber. With granola is 160/2/<1.

Congrats on the water Kathy! I'm getting a bunch today too, and I feel your "getting up for the bathroom" pain.

How's Zuki doing today?

He's doing better, thanks. The doctor called to check on him a few minutes ago and described the procedure to me. It's like he got a facelift on his underneath side. They cut out about 1-1/2 inches of skin (and he's not that big!) and drew it all up. No wonder he has so many stitches! The cone is driving him batty but while I'm on the computer or eating, etc. ... in other words, not holding him in my lap ... I put the cone on so he won't bite at the stitches.
