Hi. I've been on WW before, I did Winning Points a few years ago and lost 40 pounds (which I gained back and then some). I've gotten the materials for the turnaround plan off e-bay and am starting over on Sunday.
I think I'd like to try the Core plan, but I'm not comfortable with not writing down everything I eat. Does anyone do Core and still tally the points for the core foods out of curiousity?
Any helpful hints for a newbie on Core would be greatly appreciated.
