Core Newbie

  • Hi. I've been on WW before, I did Winning Points a few years ago and lost 40 pounds (which I gained back and then some). I've gotten the materials for the turnaround plan off e-bay and am starting over on Sunday.

    I think I'd like to try the Core plan, but I'm not comfortable with not writing down everything I eat. Does anyone do Core and still tally the points for the core foods out of curiousity?

    Any helpful hints for a newbie on Core would be greatly appreciated.
  • Oh yeah, you can still journal just to make sure you're either getting enough or not eating too much!!

    Here are my favorites:
    Breakfast:
    Maltomeal with splenda
    Scrambled egg and canadian bacon

    Lunch and dinner:
    tomato soup
    other soups (we have a whole list we'll get for you)
    Baked potato with FF sour cream and FF cheese
    Core chili
    Tuna salad
    Turkey breast with steamed vegetables
    Lean HB patty with FF cheese slice
    Salad

    Snacks:
    FF/SF pudding
    Popcorn
    String cheese (light is 1 pt)
    Salsa on anything
