Okay just nibbling here and there today - waiting for that yummy dinner!

1/2 slice toast
decaf w/cream
Lunch??
1/2 c. cottage w/pineapple
2 strawberries
water
Snack?
marinated herring (maybe 6 small pieces)
1 apple
Snack? (shopping)
decaf nonfat cappucino w/2 pumps sf vanilla
DINNER!!!!!
Well don't know exactly,
but I will have the wild mushroom soup w/vermouth
baby greens w/dressing on the side
filet mignon or fish and sides
possibly desert!
maybe a glass of wine - but then I'll get too drunk!
