First: Coke on the way to work
Breakfast: Egg quiche (blech)
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Tomato soup, cheese/lettuce sandwich, and milk
Dinner: Probably a teeny piece of chicken and some broccoli -- family is having King Ranch Chicken casserole but I don't think I can make it into a core-friendly dish.
Drinks: Lots of water, 1 cup of green tea, 1 coke (and maybe another)
