I did WW online a few years ago, doing flex points. I liked it because I had small children and couldn't go to meetings very easily. I lost 33 pounds, so something must have worked!

If you do it, you have to have either a fast internet connection or lots of patience though.
Plus, you can't do the nursing plan when doing WW online. That's probably not an issue for most people, but thought I'd mention it.
