Weight Watchers online

Anyone doing WW online? I'm contemplating going this route. Any suggestions?

I use e-tools and go to meetings to just weigh in. Many people are using it and being successful however you need to remember that online members cannot become lifetime members unless they switch to going to meetings. You also do not get to go to meetings for free and would have to pay if you wanted to attend.

I did WW online a few years ago, doing flex points. I liked it because I had small children and couldn't go to meetings very easily. I lost 33 pounds, so something must have worked! :) If you do it, you have to have either a fast internet connection or lots of patience though.

Plus, you can't do the nursing plan when doing WW online. That's probably not an issue for most people, but thought I'd mention it.

Why do you say that. I use it with a very, very slow dialup and have no problems what-so-ever. :)

Hmm. Maybe they've changed the interface. It has been a few years since I've done it. Back in the day, it was frustrating to wait. And then, maybe I just have a short attention span. : ) Glad to hear it's fine now.

I do on-line. But I must admit that I only log on once a week to put in my weight and view my progress chart. Getting the program was what I wanted anyway. The chat board is not very good at all--that's why I come here. I don't know about etools--don't think you get it with the CORE plan but maybe I just don't know how to access it.
Having said all of that--you should find it useful and I am glad it was available because our meetings are 25 miles away and I didn't want to drive by myself at night so I was thrilled to find the online program--it was cheaper too!

I just tried out the e-tools free 2 week membership thingy last night. They do have it for core, but it's basically the food list, the points calculator, recipes, and the weight tracker. They also have this Points Pad thing where you can keep track of your WPA and Activity points. They also have WW On-The-Go for Palm devices. But again for Core, it's just the food list and points calculator, no journal, of course.
