newbie...again

    hi everyone, i used to do ww at home plan, and i had a pretty stressful time recently and gained some weight back, so i was thinking of going back on the plan, i've ordered the core books online, and i've read what i could online, i just had a few questions..

    soy milk and cheese are core, is that even if they aren't fat free? i have "light" soy milk, but it still has a little fat.

    and, with the 2 teaspoons of oil a day, can you take flaxseed capsules?

    anyway, the stats are the moment are :

    hw: 202
    lw: 125
    cw: 140 ish (i need to "weigh in")
    gw: 115
    height: 5'2"

  • I read somewhere about the flaxseed capsules (and the answer is no) but can't find it now. I wish you could though, because I take them anyway. I usually get my 2 tsps. of olive oil in each day by putting one on my salad (in addition to the dressing) and one on my baked potato instead of butter before I put the cheese and sour cream. Other than that, I can't think of a way to get it in except for just taking a spoonful of it (which I am NOT going to do).

    Soy milk, whether fat-free or regular, is core according to my food list. Same with soy cheese -- doesn't matter if it's fat-free or regular.
