Hi everyone,

I am just getting back on the wagon after being off program since late June. I have decided to give CORE a try.

I have a question about popcorn - does anyone know what Brands of popcorn are 94% fat free? I'm heading out for groceries this afternoon and want to stock up on my core foods.

I think Orville Redebacher's may have one that is 94% fat free but don't quute me on that

I bought myself an air popper for $20.00 at Canadian Tire and I get my popcorn from bulk barn.

I think Smart Pop is the one Mauvais is discussing... and I think it fits into the 94% FF category.

Are their any FF cheeses in Canada asides from Cottage or Cream?

As for cheese, I've never been able to find ff cheese, except for processed cheese slices, cottage and cream. However, I live in smalltown Nova Scotia!

I bought 94% fat free popcorn from pop secret in June but now it's nowhere to be found!

does anyone know if pop secret still distributes in Canada? it seems that orville has monopoly at the moment...
