(I find this breakfast doesn't hold me as long as cereal and fruit)

L: tomato soup/grilled cheese (1)/milk
S: popcorn
D: taco salad/milk

B: scrambled egg with peppers and onions, skim milk
L: salad with boiled egg, turkey strips, FF 1000 Island dressing - and milk
D: bran cereal, milk and a sliced banana
Plus three light beers (6 fp's). It's been a horrible day.
I weighed in yesterday-after a week on Core and was down 2.8#-not bad after a weekend at the County fair! Anyway here is today's menu:
Br: 1 apple sliced with peanut butter-a little bit 2 pts.
Lu: Salad with vinegar, salt, pepper, and onions
Dn: Taco salad with alot of veggies, FF sour cream, salsa 3 pts.
Sn: a piece of fruit
better late than never huh? forgot to post yesterday
B- missed it
L- leftover chicken, ff cottage cheese and 1/2 avocado
D- super swiss steak in crockpot, br. rice, and peas
snack- sf/ff pudding and also one tiny can of mixed fruit
B: Oatmeal with applesauce and a banana
L: Grilled chicken with veggies. I also had an order of fries and they tasted good! They had the skins still on them and were worth every point!
D: Mixed Salad with white beans, FF cheese, FF milk and barley
