Default Anyone still not losing?

week 1 down 2.5 lbs.
week 2 up 2.5 lbs
week 3 stayed the same.

How is it that I am not losing weight. I follow the core program and have points left at the end of the week. Maybe my portions are too big? I don't know but it is getting depressing.

Should I go on or go back to Flex? Anyone else had this experience?

How's your water intake or exercise level? I'm sorry that I don't have any more suggestions than that, but good luck.

I would look at your days and see where you are compared to points just to get an idea of if maybe you are over eating. Just my 2¢

We all have ups and downs while losing. If I'm on program, I'm happy. If I'm off program, I am scarfed to death of it creaping back on.

I would suggest watching your portions a little closer this week... and really think about how hungry you are before each meal and fill your plate accordingly. Are you eating enough veggies? Since meats and such are core I think people tend to fill up on them before going back for seconds on their vegetables first. Maybe keep a journal so you can track your snacks and such and see where you are eating the most. HTH

Why not post a day's menu so we can make suggestions. If you are eating a lot of higher calorie items and not filling up on veggies, etc. that could be the answer. No matter what plan you do, the formula to lose weight remains to take in less calories that you burn.

Thanks, here is a typical day

1 cup grain and some plums and 1/4 cup yogurt B
fruit - snack
baked potato, ff sour cream and salsa - lunch
popcorn 3 - 4 cups air popped - snack
1 cup curried lentils and chicken with 1 cup barley and 1 T chutney (1)
corn on the cob
spinach - dinner
fruit smoothie - snack

That is about what I am eating, maybe some raw carrots etc. for more snacks. So large portions of grain

Are you getting in your 2 daily healthy fats? Are you getting in 2 full servings of dairy with your day? Still getting in your 5 servings of fruits/veggies? ARe you drinking your water?

Have you increased your activity?

Are you eating enough?
