I got the Prince Harvest Wheat pasta. I rinse the heck out of it, after I cooked in. it had a little after texture on the tongue!!!

IfI am not mistaken semolina is flour. or type of flour. most pasta is made of semolina.

Debra
sorry I did not see your question after I posted the other day!

No.I dont have an "official"site I get the info from. I am a Leader for WWers and received an update from the training department my territory manager mailed all Leaders.

It said "Whole-wheat pasta with the word enriched preceding it IS still core/
Who ever ask about making your own pasta......my siggestion would be.......do not.

Part of that material stated "Flour of any kind is not a core food.hich means oatmeal & ground cornmeal ground into flour are not core....do you get the "drift"?

Whole wheat pasta is easy to find in your local groceries...............sorry I dont understand what is confusing now. Hope I have not confused you all the more.

Sincerely
Cin~

I made a crockpot stew last week with potatoes, carrots & lean beef. After most of it was eaten, I had a wonderful broth left over. I stirred in some whole wheat pasta broke into 1" pieces and let it cook in the broth - it was wonderful and filling.
