Great Job Janette! I'm on week two of CORE and it must be the healthy foods combo because I actually feel better mentally as well. I was a WW drop out but when I heard about the Core plan, I returned. I had trouble with portion control before and just hated the weighing/measuring and keeping track of points. I did well for a couple of months and then would just give up. WRONG...I know. Anyway, Core sounded like something I could handle and so far, so good, and the flex points are great for eating out. Someone's signature (I don't remember who, or what website) said it best...If you had started this last year, where would you be now?
