Default new to board

Hi, everyone. I'm new to the board and have been doing CORE on my own since Wednesday. I'm planning on joining WW soon to get all the materials for CORE, but needed to find a place to get support as I really don't have time to attend meetings. I did Atkins for almost 2 years and lost about 40 lbs, but I really missed my fruits and occasional indulgences and had to find something that would work better for me. I tried flex points last week and it was too flexible from what I'm used to. I need something more structured and so far CORE is working really well.

Welcome waterlilies! I am Spryng and I do ww at home too. I've been doing ww for almost a year now (it will be a year this month) and I love it and core has just been a bonus! I was starting to get tired of counting pts and all that and this came out just in time. Now I am working on my personal goal weight.
But I hope you feel at home here and if you have questions feel free to ask or pm me if that is easier! I am here for you!

Welcome! I'm new too and these people have been great for advice and encouragement! I hope you enjoy the program as much as I am. I started WW at work in February of this year but after the 12 weeks was up, I didn't re-sign, but am doing it on my own (since I have all the materials and calculator). When I saw this Core program, I knew that was what I wanted. I tried Atkins but just can't make myself eat all the full-fat cheeses, mayos, etc. To me, this incorporates the best of all the plans into a sensible way of eating that can be followed for life.

Anyway, sorry to write a book -- WELCOME!!

WELCOME! I started Atkins in May 2004, lost 30# and then started core 10 days ago. I too was missing fruits and a lot of veggies, so the switch has been great for me. I think you will love it here, everyone is so helpful and friendly!
