Default Soups

Does anyone have the Food book? I'm wondering what soups (Cambell's - Progresso, etc.) are listed as Core.

There are a ton in Campells alone.

Do you do online from the W/W site? If so go to PointsCalculator and put in "Campbells" or "Progresso" and it will bring up a list an those with a 'checkmark' are Core.

Do you have a specific one I could look for you if you don't have access?

Thanks for the quick response - I go to meetings, but a girl here at works does the on-line program and is going to print them out for me. They are wonderful to keep here at work for lunch, especially with winter coming on, or if I forget to make lunch. I had the tomato yesterday with water and it was great. Doday I had the soutwest-style chicken vegetable - don't think that was CORE since the rice wasn't listed as "brown" rice.

Ok. The list is 100 pages long for Campbell's though.

My friend printed out a list of just "CORE" soups - it is a really long list, includes all brands. I'm surprised cause some of the ones on the list I wouldn't consider CORE - I had Southwestern Style Chicken Vegetable today and it has rice in, but is CORE.

That is strange. LOL! You think they'd be more consistent?!?!? Maybe they don't consider soups a 'trigger food.' LOL!
