Well, at least the eating plan was
I had a green salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots and Kens FF Dun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette (Is this Core? The first ingredient is corn syrup for Pete's Sake!) If it isn't it was just 1 pt. for the T
A small slice of turkey -C
Fruit Salad. I threw this together and it was wonderful. It tasted more like a pie than fruit salad. In case anyone wants to try it here it is:
FRUIT SALAD SUPREME
1 pk. frozen strawberries (no sugar added)
1 pk. frozen mixed berries (no sugar added) had blueberries and such in it
1 pk. frozen raspberries
1 banana
1 apple
1 can pineapple in it own juice, drained
1 can sliced peaches in pear concentrate, drained and rinsed
1 jar salad cheeries, drained and rinsed
This made a HUGE bowl full but you could make it up and maybe freeze containers of it, I think. I found it really good. I called it core--does everyone agree?
Anyway, I was very satisfied with lunch and ate the same thing for dinner except we had ham slices instead of turkey.
This plan may not work as well in fast food restaurants as flex but I think for family gatherings and the better restaurants, we should be just fine.
