I just read, ww has core list, which includes potatoes. And you can eat them as much as you want. Is it true? Can i eat 1 whole potato as 1 carb?

Not sure about carb count, but you can have potatoes, rice, or whole wheat pasta once a day on CORE.

Thanks ontarget.
Some times i eat rice and lentils together 1/2 cup , once a day.

Some times i eat 1/2 red potato once a day.
Today i ate semolina cooked about 3/4 cup. I am going to observe weight changes with various carbs.
