Rhonda and Doyle came over tonight!!!!!!! Ya'll need to see Rhonda. She looks fantastic! And her capris were 3 sizes too large!!! All her hard work spinning and staying op is paying off big time. She really looks good.

Sloan, I was tired this week, too. So far, I'm not scheduled for any days this coming week. I blocked Tuesday off for WW and for meeting with a gf. Again--life is good.
I'm ready to hit the couch after going to church then lunch with the fam. Yesterday was busy with helping my parents do some things around the house, so today, I'm resting.
Sandra-I think it is a good idea to set one day to do the things you want. I know I would feel bad if they called me, and I turned them down. By telling them not to call you on Tuesday, you will be less stressed about taking the time for yourself. I'm so glad you got to see Rhonda and Doyle. I know you all had a great time. Good to hear that you have stayed op this week!
