Hi Ladies

Had to go to the cancer center, for Leo had a appointment with the radiologist this morning. On a way to the center a cop in front of us pulled over and came out of the car and asked us to stop.Bewildered I couldn't under stand why.

Well to our surprised we saw a swan trying to cross the street, and the cope was directing traffic. While we were waiting a animal control car pulled over and tried to catch him with a net. The poor thing couldn't fly,he spread his wings occasionally but he couldn't get airborne.Hope the animal control people can find what wrong with the swan and send him on his way.

RHONDA-Thanks for the diet infor. I would what YOAD is all about. Cutting menu by 75% will work for some people but not for me. I do better have more food than less.

SANDRA-Not to busy, more of less housework and a little of spring cleansing.Haven't started on my garden yet.

COCO-Thanks,for the kinds words,I think I have to watch the carb also.

NANCY-The photos of your bunnies are adorible. Thanks for sharing

Have to go and have my dinner

Hi Everyone
I tried to get on earlier. But couldnt get connected with my internet. I guess I am going to have to call them. Have been having trouble lately.
Well instead of getting our taxes done tomorrow. We go tonight. The guy called and asked if we could come tonight. Said we would. Get them out of the way.
Hubby isnt feeling real good. Think his gout is acting up. This time it is in his little toe. So he is hobbling along. Hope he can get a shoe on. Well if not. One time in the hospital they gave him a shoe thing to wear. He can just wear that.

NANCY237 The bunnies are so cute. I want one.

BEACHBUM That was nice of the cop to stop traffic for the swan. Hope it is ok. Hope DR appt went well. I think the YOAD is alot like WW core. Have a great day.

ONTARGET Are you still planting. I bet you are going to have beautiful gardens.

BLESSEDWITHSARAH I hate TOM. But I guess we have to live with it. But then if we have a gain around that time. We know what it is. Hope your weigh in was good.

TEJAS I havent decided what to give up for Lent either. I gave up pop last year. And now I hardly drink any. Once in awhile I like a diet orange. Guess mine could be. Admit to all the BLT's. Hope you have a good day.

Well I am going to get off here for now. Hope everyone is doing ok.
Will be back later.

Well, went to wi. I was up 1/2 pd. Oh well. At least I went. I did go out to lunch with some friends afterward - celebrating a co-workers bday. Had lamb, rice and salad. Not too bad.

No time to chat, got to run. BBL.

Maryann, that's interesting about the swan. We saw the same type thing in Missoula once but it was a mama duck and her ducklings crossing the street.

Coco, friends came today with an auger and dug 32 holes for us. We're ready to plant rosebushes as soon as they get here.

Nancy, cute bunnies!

My feet are hurting--a lot. I am hoping I don't need more cortisone injections in them. I've already had 5.

Hi
Well havent been home too long from the tax man. So now just wait to get them back and mailed in.
Hubby's foot is still hurting. It is still swelled. So hopefully it is better tomorrow. Last time he had a bad case of gout. Took about a week for it to feel better. Hope it dont take that long this time.

BLESSEDWITHSARAH Sorry about the gain. But you know what it is from. That was nice you went out and ate. And stayed on track.

ONTARGET WOW. 32 holes. You will be busy. Hope your feet get to feeling better. Seems when your feet hurt. You dont feel good all over. Or at least for me that has happened.

BEACHBUM<TEJAS<NANCY237 Hope you are having a great evening.
Well I am going to get off here. Maybe I will finish a book that I am almost done with.
Will talk to you tomorrow.
Night

Sandy, your cuz says "ain't nobody ever dug that many holes no how, no way!" Good heavens girl, are you starting a nursery?

That's a cute story about the swans. There is a major road in Toronto where people often have to come to a dead stop to let the Canada geese cross over to the lakeshore.

I've had better food days than I had today. But, I'm not making excuses!!

I hope you all have a good night.

Hi Everyone
Just got done eating a salad. Thought I would get on here for a few before I got into anything. Not much going on. Went to the bank for son and post office. The little store in the community had a fresh made salad. Looked good. So got it and halved it with hubby.
Hubby is still hobbling.
We are to get some rain today. Then over the weekend guess colder temps. High for Monday in the 20's.
Well going to go and get something done.
Hope everyone is doing ok.
Be back later.

Coco, salad sounds good. We had taco soup for lunch. I hope your hubby's feeling better.

Rhonda, I'll have to dig the rest of the holes by hand. When the dust settles, we should have around 50 rosebushes. Tell Doyle I really really take after Grandmother. She always went "whole hog" when she was planting. The holes I'll dig will be for groundcover roses. I don't think they'll have to be very deep. (I hope.)

Finally hit 140 !!
It only took me a year
I hope the next 10 pounds don't take a year.

I am working on my attic this week and it feels so great to
get rid of junk. I am in a mood lately to simplify my life and house.
Less is more!! (true for weight and junk)

Hi Everyone
Just checking in.
NANCY237 Congrats on reaching 140. That is awesome. You will get the next 10 lbs off. I bet you can have it off by the end of the year.

ONTARGET You asked about my weight loss. Since sept I have lost 19 lbs. So that makes a total of 33 lbs. Boy your place will smell wonderful with all the roses. Hubby still isnt feeling very good.

VICKIE how are you doing. Thinking of you.

TEJAS hope you had a good food day. I didnt I got into the pasta. Guess because I am stressed about hubby. Know it is only gout. But it isnt getting much better. And he wont go to the DR. And I know that my eating isnt going to help him. And it wont help me with the stress.

To everyone else. I am thinking of you.
Am going to get off here. Hubby is in the shower. So have to keep a eye on him. Make sure he dont need help getting out.
Talk to you tomorrow.
