I think maybe Texas Loser meant Core users may eat more natural foods than prepackaged foods. So true!

To the original poster - first of all, a belated to 3FC! Hopefully by now, you're finding your way around, and have decided to follow whichever plan works for you. Core or SF is exactly nthe same. It doesn't have points and the foods haven't changed at all.
Core is just a name. Call it the X diet , it'smstill the Core Program. Compare nthe books, no difference but WW hadn to sweep everything under the Momentum name.
