I do Flex, but I do feel better/more satisfied when eating core foods! I'm obsessed with pumpkin pie so I've "created" a sort of similar low calorie concoction:
Either make or buy a low fat graham cracker crust
Mix together canned pumpkin and light/ff Cool Whip
You can add cinnamon (and/or Splenda, etc. which I know you said you don't like) to the mixture
Scoop mixture into pie crust and refrigerate.
I feel like I've tried freezing individual cups of this in the past too, so there's a thought!
I know this is obviously not core but you can alter it however you want. I try to keep one of these in the fridge around Thanksgiving to keep myself from inhaling "real" pie. Baked apples with oats and cinnamon are yummy too!
