Hey Everyone! I know I've said this before, and I know I will most likely say it again, but I'm back!
I've been slacking off after losing 20 lbs and now the weight is creeping back... I've already gained 6 back! Time to get back on track!
Looking forward to your support! Any advice???

Well, you've done the best thing for yourself...you're back, and it's after only a 6 pound gain. Think how far ahead we would all be if the gains stopped at 6 pounds and the losses started again.

You'll reach your goal!

I am back too. 6 weeks and I have lost 4.4 pounds. Yeah Me!

Hey Frannie! Nice to see you!!! And Congratulations on the 4.4lbs! Woooo-Hooooo!!!!!!
I've lost 8 lbs since I've become "Core-Again"
I didn't even realize I lost that much until I wrote this note! I didn't even feel the weight coming off. I guess that's the key... when you gain weight, it sneaks up on you, and when you lose weight in a healthy and gradual way, the loss also kinda sneaks up on you!
Slow and steady wins the race!
