Default Monday

Monday's Menu

B - egg sandwich [1pt]
S - banana
L - grilled pork chop; grilled potato [1pt]; grilled onion; green beans;pudding
S -
D - Select Harvest Italian Veggie Soup [1pt]; l/f town house crackers [2pt];
S - popcorn; wine [2pts]

Planned AP - didn't go for my bike ride so no AP
Daily WPA - 7

Weekly WPA 15/35

I didn't have a plan for dinner yesterday and so ate l/o Italian from Friday using up 8 pts . Hopefully having a plan today will help. I wasn't sure how to count the soup, it has ww pasta in it so I have to count it since I'm having potatoes for lunch. It comes up as 0 pts for half a can and 1 pt for the whole can. I don't know how much I'll eat so I counted 1 pt

Tuesday's Menu

B - egg sandwich [1pt]; banana
S - apple
L - going out after dr's apt. - approx 8pts
D - grilled veggie and hummus wrap [3pts]
S - popcorn

Planned AP - 45 min dog walk [-3pts]; 45 min strength training @ gym [-2pts]
Daily WPA = 12 - 5 = 7

Weekly WPA = 22/35

I'm going to need to reign things in for the rest of the week.

Wednesday:

B: oatmeal with ww, stone ground toast and lf milk (2 points)

L: not decided yet, but maybe scrambled eggs

D: some kind of extra-lean ground meat casserole

snacks: fruit of some kind

I will do one of my exercise tapes, or take a mile walk in 30 minutes.

Wednesday and Thursday weren't too bad.

Here is Friday:

B: Fibre 1 cereal with lf milk and banana (2 pts)

L: some kind of vegetarian sandwich with no bread

D: lo extra lean ground beef with kidney beans, corn and tomatoes

Snacks: apples

I have walked the dog for 20 minutes and moderate pace, then went out alone for 20 minute fast walk. Next, another mile to subway and from subway to office (then again tonight the other way)
