Maryann, I don't know how much you weigh but I know you are struggling. It doesn't look like you are eating enough food to me although I really can't see the amounts.
I don't see your healthy oil anywhere unless you are using it in your stirfry veggies.
Are you exercising? I can't lose unless I exercise, especially since I have been in serious perimenopause. Good luck.

Thanks
Vickie for looking over my menu
Had my healthy oils in my Egg pizza when I fried it in olive oil and than again in my stir fry and than in my open face tuna salad melt.
On Friday I started to count points on the foods I'm eating to see what the calorie count is. So Far:
Friday-20 pts=1000c
Sat--22 pts=1100c
Do you think I should have more calories that that, I'm 5'0" tall . & I weight 165.
Hugs

Maryann, I'm kind of at a loss with calories because it's been a million years since I counted them. I do know that places like Seattle Sutton have 1200 and 1800 calorie diets. I think from there you add your own milk and veggies. If that's true, then you might be a bit on the light side. How do you feel? Do you feel hungry?
