Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, skim milk
Lunch: Oatmeal pancake with Smuckers FF syrup
Snack: 1 1/2 cups of fresh cherries
Dinner: Grilled Butt Steak, fresh whole wheat pasta with smart balance (2 points), fresh steamed green beans.
Snack: Hot vanilla milk or a Frosty Smoothie
