What Did You Eat Today?
We used to do this every day. It used to help me. Sometimes I'd be too ashamed to post what I wanted to eat so I wouldn't eat it. I'll try this for a couple of days to see if you all like doing it.
Breakfast: One serving shredded wheat and bran, skim milk, 1/4 cup fresh blueberries.
Lunch: One WW english muffin toasted dry (1 point), 2 eggs fried with Pam Spray, 2 pieces Bordens FF american cheese slices. I'll be serving this open faced.
Snack: EL navel orange
Dinner: Cola Chicken (the new my way recipe to make it not so sweet) made with BS thighs, oven fries (including 2 teaspoons of healthy oil), fresh green beans boiled with dill weed
Snack: Hot vanilla milk
Swim in the pool with the Great Niece and Nephew for about 2 hours.

Vickie, I am on Flex. I am allowing myself 20 points. I don't attend meetings physically or online. I got all the ins and outs from a buddy and just love it. I have lost 36 pounds since starting on April 7, 2008.

I was just asking because I didn't want folks to get confused since this is the Core board. If you'd like to continue to post your WW menu, it would help if you would identify it as a Flex menu.
