OK its a HARD CORE week. Rather than me setting the number of days you will be hard core, you tell us.
For me, I'm going for 5 days - Monday to Friday as my hardcore days. That means no wine for me I'll pick these 5 days as its a full work week and I seem to do better when I'm at work.
I'm having hard core mean that for those 5 days I don't use any WPAs. For the challenge sake you should define what Hard Core means. From a post Vickie made on the chat board she would consider hard core using the WPAs but not activity points.
Its flexible hard core week!!! You define it as it fits in with you. I need to kick start just being on core (I tend to use my WPAs on things like wine, a cookie, chips ect. Not things I need to get me back on track). I think I'd look at it differently if I used them on whole grain bread or something more healthy.
I'm in for 5 days of hard core, but I will still use my WPA as necessary, since I already had croutons on my salad for lunch. So I have already used a point today, but only a point. Everything else has been core. I will also try a few new recipes this week, just for a change of pace. I need something new.
WTG Paula!! I did the 5 hard core days the last time and decided it was very difficult and went with using a few points a day. But good job on the hard core! It definitely is difficult!
My leader told me, its not living the way WW intended you to do ,without using the 35 WPA's.So I'm thinking to use 2-3 a day[breads & fudgsicles-both 1 pt] instead of the 5 or more a day especially over the weekends. My new week start on Friday,and I will certainly work on that.
