Default Most Awesome Dinner!!

I had the most awesome dinner tonight. I had grilled teriyaki mahi mahi with mango salsa. I am not a fish lover, actually can't stand fish, but this was the best!! I will probably be making this weekly. It was awesome! I will give you the link for the recipe, and the only thing not core is the vegetable oil in the marinade and in the salsa (1 Tblsp in each), but I just used canola oil in it's place. I also omitted the kosher salt in the salsa, as I didn't have any, plus I figured why add sodium in the salsa. It was wonderful!!

Even if you don't like fish, you will love this. I bought mahi mahi fillets at Aldi's, I think it was $4.99 for four fillets.

I forgot, I made one more substitution. I substituted the brown sugar for brown sugar twin, but since it's just a marinade, and it's only 1 Tblsp, it would only be 1 point for the whole recipe. So you can substitue it or if you didn't I don't think it would even count.

That sounds great .
I found marinated frozen Mahi Mahi at Trader Joes . $6.99 for 4 filets
and they were so easy . I pan seared them and then finished in the oven.
I am going to try your recipe next week.

I'm sure you will like the outcome of this recipe. I'm getting a craving for it again. Problem is my regular grocery store doesn't carry mahi mahi so I will have to go back to the one I originally found it at. When I do go, I will pick up a couple packages of it(it's frozen).
