I love corn on the cob. I can't wait to try it!

Who knows, Tracie. I only have the book. I have heard the people on the WW boards complaining about etools not being accurate but I don't know if its true. When I first started, I called WW headquarters a couple of time to ask them questions. They'd always answer, even if I didn't like the answer!

If you are still curious, give them a call and tell them there's a discrepancy. Even if it's not Core, how often would a person be using more than 5 sprays? That's 0 points anyway.

this is really funny....decided to start core again haven't done in a good 2 yrs but i was just label comparing at walmart about a half hour ago before i even saw this question...for some reason the spray is 0 cal's but the tubs and sticks are not ... maybe because the serving size is just "sprays" and not teaspoons/tablespoons ???? i've used it before and still lost what is expected on core without an issue and i didn't use sparingly ... icbinb was my best friend on core lol it got me through...especially on baked pot, brown rice and corn on the cob.
