hi everyone, my name is Lyndsay and I am 21 years old. I have been doing weight watchers on and off for about a year just doing the flex plan and wasnt very satisfied or motivated to continue, therefore my weight continually went up and down. THEN, about 4 weeks ago, my leader challenged me to try CORE and i completely fell in love. The fact that I dont have to count everything is wonderful, its so much easier for me to bake casseroles and other combo dishes as long as I know all the ingredients are core. Since starting core, I have lost 6 pounds in 4 weeks which is A LOT for my body. I just discovered this site as well and I cant wait to start chatting with you all!

Hello all. My Name is Dana. I'm a thirty year old mom of a beautiful eight year old daughter, and yes...I'm finally trying to loose the weight from having her. lol.
I started weight watchers again( I was on the program before my daughter)three weeks ago. I decided to try core this week. It has been much easier than I thought . If I get the results I want I think I'll stick with it.
Any suggestions and tips would be much appreciated.
