Default 11 weeks to lose to the cruise.

so how's everyone doing? i have wi in the am. i'm hoping for a loss. i did once this week and did some today. (i didn't do much; just a little) next week i plan to do more of both.

thanks, patti. congratulations on that maintain. i think that's about as good as a loss.

i lost 2.6 and curtis lost 3.4 this week. now i need to go buy some more fresh fruit. i think that's the key for us.

i wish. thank you, patti. i'm relosing what i gained the first part of this year. i still have 6 more pounds to go to get to 165. then another 10 to my ww goal.

OK, I'm running to catch back up. I had a gain and then skipped because we were out of town

Challenge results:

Starting - 0
Week 1 - 4.2 down 10.8 to go
Week 2 - stayed the same still 10.8 to go
Week 3 - 3.6 up 14.4 to go
Week 4 - 1 down 13.4 to go
Week 5 - 2 down 11.4 to go
Week 6 - 1.8 down 9.6 to go
Week 7 - 0.6 down 9 more to go
Week 8 - 1.8 down 7.2 to go
Week 9 - 3.2 up 10.4 to go
Week 10 - out of town didn't weigh still 10.4 to go

Goal (week 21) - 15 lbs down

Sandra - congrats on the 2.6 loss. You can do it.
