I'll start out good anyway!
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, 30 fresh blueberries, skim, equal
Lunch: Going to a Mexican restaurant. I am having 10 chips (3 points) and salsa, guacamole and I don't know what else. I'll probably have carne asada and some grilled onions. I'll just take a taste of the beans and rice. This is a new restaurant and Jim and our friend really want to go there.
Dinner: Lean Cuisine spa meal; cherries
Snack: Core Chocolate Frosty
