Linda, I have often heard that changing things up in the food department can help tremendously. You haven't said how much you've lost, but plateaus can hit when we least expect them. You plan sounds outstanding and I think you'll lose if you try it. It just take more than one week, so don't give up if the first week doesn't show a huge loss. I've always been slow and steady while working Core. It takes a while, I think, to detox.

Vickie, my signature line says what I've lost, that's it.
But, my total since starting over with 3FC is different from my WW total which is 13.8 pounds. I've lost more than that as I started on here before going back to meetings. The meetings really help me.
I went to four different gyms today and my daughter and I have selected one and we will begin tomorrow. I think that will help us both. I need to pick up the pace and do something to get moving on this journey again.
By the way, Vicki, I tried the crust-less strawberry pie recipe that you posted in the core desserts section and I liked it!
I'm wondering if it would still work if you tried skim milk vs. water in the recipe? Or one cup skim milk and one water? I thought it was really good, but had this pudding creamy thing on my mind while I was eating it and thinking it might be even better that way. It would be more points, but it would still be core with skim milk and it would count as more of a calcium serving then? Would you think that would work?
Well, I made it through the day and I was "on program" with core. I had to journal one flex point, that was all. No too bad I guess.

I think skim would work well. Good luck with the gym.
