Wednesday Menu, June 27, 2007
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, 30 fresh blueberries, skim, equal
Lunch: Whole Wheat pita (points), sliced ham, dijon mustard, one slice FF american cheese; white fleshed peach
Snack: 15 Ranier Cherries (thank you, Sandra for turning me on to these!)
Dinner: Buffalo Chicken, oven fries, double serving of broccoli with smart balance (points)
So far 24 ounces of water, 24 ounces of decaf coffee
Snack: Popcorn
