Default Storms are coming!

Today is supposed to be the end of it, but in May we had rain 21 out of the 31 days, and then also every day of June so far. Check these out ... I heard the wind pick up and ran outside to look. The sky was incredible!

We got a little of that rain last night. They say that we will dry out for the rest of the week. Rain is not that much of a problem- it's the mosquitoes.Imagine having to spray insect repellant to walk the dog. I can't send my kids out to play.
The stock ponds in our area are finally full which is great. There is 75 acres of wheat across the street that needs to be cut before the grasshoppers get big enough to destroy it. Most of the first cut of hay has been done- so that little bit of rain will help out greatly towards getting another round of bales. I think my tomatoes plants in my garden have grown four inches and the corn is making ears.
My guess it won't rain for the rest of the month until the Fourth of July.
