s--4 pts ice cream (slim bear), 3 pts flatbread/lc cheese
s--8 core cookies (1 core pancake recipe)
d--cornmeal chicken, chili beans, oven fried taters, ketchup, cantaloupe, onion, 1 pt ff gravy
s--cantaloupe if i'm hungry later. right now i'm stuffed.
