monday, june 4 "bite it write it"
b--cereal, ff milk, splenda, fruit
l--core chicken salad, 1.5 pts bread s--4 pts ice cream (slim bear), 3 pts flatbread/lc cheese s--8 core cookies (1 core pancake recipe) d--cornmeal chicken, chili beans, oven fried taters, ketchup, cantaloupe, onion, 1 pt ff gravy s--cantaloupe if i'm hungry later. right now i'm stuffed. 5 or 6 f/v 2 oo 2 milk 7 waps i'm out of the 35 now. i did earn 4 activity pts today and already had 4 banked so i'm good to go. |
