I gained 2 pounds this week and my clothes from last summer are all snug. I really stink at this.....I'm just too stupid to give up.

Smile Hi

Hi There,

Do you mind if I join this challenge? I started back to Weight Watchers 4 weeks ago so it works out perfect for me.

I was up .5 this week but refuse to get discouraged!

I'll get in on it too if that's alright.

Well, this morning I was at 144.6. I nearly fainted dead away. One reason is that I haven't drank more than 1/2 bottle of water per day (whatever it takes to wash down my Rx's and supplements) ... the rest was either real Coke, beer, or more beer. I do not like this feeling of entitlement that I assume whenever there's a teeny loss. Since Monday morning was 142 (and that was bad enough), I will assume that the 144 is a scale battery problem and ignore it.

Goal is to be back below 140 PDQ. Heavy on the Q.

Went to WW last night and I lost 1 lb.

Starting - 0
Week 4 - 1 down 13.4 to go

Goal - 15 lbs gone but not forgotten (although I don't want them back even for a visit).

I definitely need to get back to business, last week was not good. Even though I lost I feel ichy, need to eat better.

This week I will make better choices than last week.
There if I put it in bold I'll mean it .

Kathy - welcome back
Minew - welcome
Frouf - those 2 lbs are in the past, brush yourself off and start over. And you're not stupid I've been playing with the same 5 lbs since Oct. Hopefully next week I can pass that mark.

Hope everyone else's weigh ins go well.
